Hello my loves!
Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite skincare products that have made this harsh winter a bit more easier to handle. Let’s get into it!
Okay 100% Pure Coconut Oil (Various prices, ebay.com)
I can’t believe how long I’ve looked over coconut oil, but I’m so glad that I finally gave it a try! I’ve been using this as an occasional moisturizer for my skin/hair and as an oil cleanser for my face. This oil is lightweight, easy to absorb, very moisturizing, and smells amazing! Plus the tip on this bottle makes it easier to distribute.
NSPA Coconut Shower Scrub ($5.48, Walmart)
So I’ve been on this coconut craze lately and this caught my eye recently. I’ve been looking for a gentle scrub to use after shaving and so far I really like this one. It’s really creamy, lathers great, smells great, and left my skin feeling really soft and moisturized after rinsing. Not to mention it’s affordable!
St. Ives Deep Restoring Almond Oil Lotion ($4.78, Walmart)
I’ve always had a battle with lotions. They would literally last 10 minutes on my skin before I saw dryness again, especially on the upper parts of my arms and shoulders. But I’ve decided to give lotions another chance and this one has treated my skin much better compared to others. It’s not too watery or too thick, just the right density to soften my skin with out making it feel greasy and it has a warm sweet scent to it (I’m big on scents lol). This one just might stick around for a while.
Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream ($12.97, Walmart)
I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned this product before, but it doesn’t hurt do mention it again. I’ve been using this stuff for years and it’s a life saver for my face during the winter. I struggle with dry patches on my face and the cold air doesn’t help but thanks to this product you wouldn’t know it. It’s thick but not greasy and it absorbs well on my face. It’s made specifically for sensitive skin and is fragrance free so anyone can use it. Although it’s sort of a splurge, a little goes a long way and I’ve been using the same jar for 2 years now!
These have become staple products for my winter struggle! Do you have any?
